Hello, I'm a 30 yr old dad looking for a new group to play with on Monday or Tuesday evenings. Experience: - I've played with the same group on Thursdays for 6 years, but as we get older, scheduling becomes harder. - I don't really care to DM a game, because I tried it, and it wasn't for me. - I have about 6 years of experience, and one year DMing. - I've played on Foundry, Roll20, and Owlbear. I don't really enjoy Theater of the Mind for combat scenarios. - I've played 5e 2014 and 2024, and I am fine with either edition. About Me: I have an 8 month old baby and need grace for if I have to step away from the mic for 10 minutes in case my wife needs help. I love roleplaying and feeling like a hero. I like making my character after knowing the world, and I enjoy playing off of other people's improv. I work as an actuary in Health Insurance, and this is my creative outlet. I don't have any professional acting experience, but I do enjoy story telling, lore, and character creation.
