Hello! You can call me Fume, or Angelo, whichever is easier for you. I'm just a chill dude that loves to roleplay and tell fun and enjoyable stories alongside other cool people. D&D is my favorite hobby and I absolutely love getting invested into people's lore and either making characters that feel like they are actually part of the world building or, when DMing, making a story that really revolves around the PC's and feels like their choices really matter, because they do! In terms of preferences, I'm about 60-40 split in for roleplay-combat respectively, but just about any ration that isn't too unbalanced is something I can sink my teeth into. I love collaborating with others on stories or backgrounds if there's mutual interest present. I fully understand that Death is, more often than not, part of the game, and while it's a bit of a bummer to lose a character, it's part of the experience. I'm open to dark and mature themes, as it's part of storytelling, so long as nothing crosses any boundaries of the players and excessive detail isn't used. There's a difference between elluding to the horrific crimes of a faction to set the tone and story, and reading a gore fic to shock your players, yk? I'm also strongly in favor of clear communication between fellow players and DM's, especially for the grounds of comfort zones and such. And I strongly request that if I ever do something that bothers someone or makes them feel uncomfortable to PLEASE reach out to me and let me know! I want everyone to be having an enjoyable time (DM included), so please let me know if there's anything that rubs you the wrong way. In terms of what I'm currently looking for, a buddy and I are hoping to join a 5e game that plays any day Sun-Thur, preferrably after 8pm CST if possible, as I don't get off work till about 7, and it's roughly a half hour drive home. We'd also prefer not to play with Minors, as we are both adults and its just easier to not have to censor yourself. That said, younger players are not a deal breaker, but definitely prefer an adult party. This is my first time posting anything here so hopefully we can party up and have some memorable sessions! ^^
