[Online][5E 2014][est] looking for players
Long-Term D&D 5e Campaign | Level 16 | Homebrew | 18+
Looking for 2 players for an ongoing long-term homebrew campaign. About 8 sessions in, party's Level 14. We play Fridays at 5 PM EST, 5-6 hour sessions, 18+.
Mix is roughly 70% roleplay/exploration, 30% combat.
The worldSet entirely inside the Hell Dimension — not a few layers, but an entire universe built around a Hell-sized planet. Divided into massive regions ("Rings") ruled by Warlords, kingdoms, ancient beings, and the Seven Deadly Sins. Most of what you'll actually experience revolves around the Warlords and the civilizations under them. Places you visit change over time — wars continue, alliances shift, even when you're not there.
*Tone:Takes the world seriously but the table isn't grim all the time — emotional moments and real consequences, but also plenty of jokes and chaos. Good/Neutral characters fit best.
Characters:Build your own world before your character lands in Hell — any genre (medieval, cyberpunk, post-apoc, whatever) — or plug into existing lore I've got built out (gods, kingdoms, Warlords, history). Most characters arrive by dying or making a deal with a Sin, but other concepts (Hellborn, tied to a Warlord, etc.) are welcome too.
*Combat: Standard 5e (2014) rules for players — homebrew is mostly on my end (bosses, unique creatures, world mechanics). Fights are heavily homebrewed with custom abilities and phases. Not every fightneeds to be a fight — negotiating, alliances, or running are often the smarter play.
NPCsBuilt to feel like real people, not quest dispensers — they remember how you treat them, and relationships (friendships, rivalries, even romance if it fits) develop based on your choices.
Inspiration: Pulls from anime, mythology, and games, but rebuilt into its own original setting — not a crossover.
Looking for: Players with 1 year+ D&D experience who like roleplay, worldbuilding, and long-term investment. Reliability and good communication matter more than rules knowledge.
Interested? DM me your timezone, experience, playstyle, and a character idea (even a rough one — happy to help develop it).
I do use images for the npc generally they are just an anime character so I don't even use them I just sent a GIF but i use it for the map
