Combat is important, but not every encounter is meant to be solved by fighting. Many conflicts can be resolved through diplomacy, alliances, investigation, planning, or roleplay. --- 🎭 Campaign Tone This campaign is: • Character-driven • Lore-heavy • Emotionally grounded • Long-term • Serious worldbuilding with fun party interactions The setting is dark fantasy with occasional horror and mature themes, but it isn't constantly grimdark. Characters with believable personalities, flaws, goals, and emotional depth fit this campaign much better than lone-wolf or purely edgy characters. Preferred Alignments • Neutral • Good --- 🌌 The Setting The campaign takes place inside the Hell Dimension, a massive universe ruled by powerful Warlords, kingdoms, civilizations, ancient beings, and the Seven Deadly Sins. Politics, diplomacy, warfare, mystery, exploration, and relationships all play major roles throughout the story. Most intelligent creatures aren't simply monsters—they have beliefs, emotions, ambitions, allies, families, rivalries, and histories that change depending on player actions. --- 🌍 Character Creation I love working with players to build unique characters. You're encouraged to create your own world before your character arrived in Hell. Your world could be: - Medieval Fantasy - Dark Fantasy - Cyberpunk - Modern - Steampunk - Sci-Fi - Ancient Mythology - High Magic - Post-Apocalyptic - Or something completely original. Characters usually arrive in Hell by either: - Dying - Making a deal with one of the Seven Deadly Sins If you'd rather play something unique—such as a Hellborn, someone connected to a Warlord, or another custom concept—I'm happy to help make it fit naturally into the world. --- ⚔️ Combat & Roleplay Bosses are heavily homebrewed with unique mechanics, reactions, legendary abilities, and encounter-specific features. Players are rewarded for creative thinking just as much as combat. Several major encounters in the campaign have ended through diplomacy, alliances, or roleplay rather than defeating every enemy. Relationships with NPCs matter.
