I just like playing ttrpgs.

Currently looking to expand my online Old School Essentials Advanced Fantasy group, but I also enjoy playing mostly OSR games, everything from D&D B/X and AD&D 1st edition, to Mothership and OSE. Hi, I’m Jamie, an Australian‑based player finally jumping from watching YouTube into actually rolling some dice myself. I love story‑driven, character‑focused games with a good splash of combat rather than pure dungeon crawls. My favourite crew to watch is the Oxventurers Guild, so I’m looking for similar rule‑of‑cool vibes – fast and loose when it makes the story more epic or hilarious, with room for gallows humour and messy characters. Experience‑wise, I’m new to playing but not to worlds, story, or character building. I’ve watched a lot of D&D actual play and played the video game versions of several systems, so I understand the basics and I’m a quick learner. I’m neurodivergent, so I really appreciate patient tables who don’t mind the occasional rules reminder or technical question. Right now I’m playing with a few different character ideas and arcs, especially for Call of Cthulhu, so if you’re a GM who loves developing things with players and doesn’t mind getting a little weird with it, we’ll definitely get along well. I enjoy morally grey characters and rich story, and I don’t mind losing my character if it makes for a great moment in the narrative. I’m in ACST and looking for online games. Evenings and weekends are generally best; I can commit to a regular weekly or fortnightly session if the vibe is right, and I do my best to show up consistently and communicate if life gets in the way. Greetings, traveler. I am a 43-year grognard looking for a weekly or bi-weekly group on Wednesdays [available from 6PM to 10PM (EST)]. I've DM'd and GM'd a vast number of TRPGs over the years. Though I prefer to GM, I also enjoy short campaigns (4 to 8 sessions) as a player. I enjoy one-shots, play tests, and demos. I prefer roleplay opportunities and cinematic combat (not a big fan of tactical battles). I'm a fan of Sci-fi and Fantasy, generally... everything from Fahrenheit 451 and Lord of the Rings to The Wheel of Time and Bladerunner.

Hey, so I am a 20+ year vetern GM looking to expand my horizens with new game systems through one shots or short campaigns here and there. I can do Tuesday and Wednesday evenings pretty regularly and I am very reliable when it comes to game commiments. I enjoy player drive narratives, a balanced mix of combat and roleplay (system dependent), and the rule of the narraritve and cool over being chained by rules. I do like my games either quite dark like Call of Cthulhu, Alien and Dungeons of Drakkenheim or the complete opposite, light and funny like Terry Pratchett's Discworld.

Hi, I'm an adult in San Diego, CA looking to find like minded folks to play table top games with. I'm not locked into a system - people, vibes, and having a good time mean more to me than mechanics. Open to in-person or online gaming. I have kids, so working around family schedule is a consideration. Generally, I lean to more narrative gaming than combat oriented. A combat map + hours to resolve combat is a turn off to me. I've played a long 5e campain in the past (over a year with weekly online / Discord meetups), but i am not so interested in most 5e anymore. I've run some short Mothership 0e and Mork Borg campaigns as well as a number of one shots in other systems.

Hi, my name's Ensley (he/him) and I guess at this point it's fair to call me a grognard, but not one of those grognards - I'm a cishet man in my mid-50s, and I have zero problems/issues with pronouns or LGBTQIA folks, I'm politically progressive, and believe Nazis should be punched. Repeatedly. That's as clear as I can make all of that, I think. I've been playing ttrpgs since the early 1980s starting off with the original AD&D, Star Frontiers, Marvel FACERIP, and the the rest of the TSR lineup, and over the years I've played a LOT of diferent systems, genres, and settings - various editions of Call of Cthulhu, FATE, Savage Worlds, Mothership, Star Trek (in various system including 2d20 STA), PbtA, etc., etc. Recently I've been playing Draw Steel, Triangle Agency, War Stories, and Lex Arcana. I'm pretty burnt out with traditional high fantasy games, and enjoy trying out new systems (hence the "newbie" tag in a lot of the experience listings above). In terms of playstyle, I like solid roleplay opportunities mixed with medium-crunch mechanical & combat support. I can get realy bored with a classic dungeon crawl really quick (I will inevitably Leroy Jenkins that crap after the fifth time someone elaborately checks a door for traps). So, yeah - that's me. Hello! My name is Zeni. I'm a writer and I've been playing tabletop games since 2010, starting with Adeptus Evangelion of all things. I like games that have a heavy focus on roleplay and character dynamics but I am also fond of crunch and strategy. I thoroughly enjoy puzzles and approaching game scenarios as a puzzle box to be investigated, toyed with, and strategized. My favourite types of game genres are: urban fantasy, horror, and science fiction. I don't mind adult themes coming up during games, I just ask that I'm given a CW of what to expect so I'm not blindsided. if I can be informed during chargen then even better (thank you in advance!) I'm based in Western Europe and operate on the GMT/BST. I'm not too fond of speaking on mic, though I can do it if need be. I'm available on both discord and teamspeak for games. I tend to prefer text as I can write faster than I can speak. I'm very comfortable in Foundry VTT and I have experience in Roll20. Otherwise I'm happy to play in the theatre of the mind.
