Hi! I’m Kami. I am looking to join a Daggerheart group. I would be delighted to join either a long-term or short-term campaign. My schedule is incredibly flexible, making it easy for me to adapt to most weekly groups. The only main requirement is that I must finish by 10 PM EST (GMT-4). I am happy to use any VTT (I am familiar with the most common ones) and any means of communication (so long as video is not required). I am new to Daggerheart, but I have read the rules and watched a few episodes of Age of Umbra to get a sense of the system. I’m part of both the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, so having a welcoming and respectful table is important to me. About Me: I am a lover of all kinds of games. When it comes to TTRPGs, I lean towards roleplay-heavy games and homebrew worlds rich with lore. My characters are almost always spellcasters, and I favor Presence/Charisma stats, as interacting with NPCs is a major part of the game for me. I’m also an absolute sucker for dragons; I love to slip them into my backstory where possible, but collaborating with GMs during character creation to help tie my character naturally into the world and story is incredibly important to me. I want to make sure I fit the worlds I join! What I Bring to the Table: I am incredibly dedicated to my tables. With me as your player, you can expect consistent attendance and clear communication if something comes up. I am always eager to jump into roleplay, and I quickly become invested in other characters and the GM’s world. One of my favorite parts of TTRPGs is seeing other players’ characters and important NPCs grow and getting emotionally invested in their stories alongside my own. I love engaging with the little details of a setting, building relationships with NPCs and party members, and helping create moments the table will remember long after the campaign ends. I also take detailed notes and am happy to provide written recaps of each session for the table. If there are ever disagreements or sour feelings, I always lead with open communication and kindness. I love to collaborate to find solutions that everyone is happy with, and I respect everyone’s boundaries. What I’m Hoping For: I’m looking for a GM who focuses on the narrative and weaving character backstories into the main plot, as well as someone who enjoys a more roleplay-heavy game. GMs who enjoy rule of cool and light homebrew are preferred. Taking the game seriously is very important to me, so a table that doesn’t make joke characters is ideal. I enjoy games with more structure, but sandbox elements are always welcome! Please feel free to reach out to me for a chat if I sound like the right fit for your table!
