Description
The game takes place in Cradle, a world contained within a vast crater. At its center lies a great abyss, a wound from which the Pall spreads and devours life.
Entire regions become uninhabitable in its wake. Strange creatures emerge from corrupted lands, settlements are abandoned, and countless lives are lost trying to understand, contain, or survive its influence. Yet people endure. Kingdoms rise and fall along the crater's walls, expeditions venture into forgotten places, and ordinary individuals find themselves caught in events far greater than themselves.
I am planning to run a handful of one-shots set throughout different parts of Cradle. The setting is still growing, and these adventures help bring its regions, cultures, factions, and mysteries to life. Some games may focus on exploration, others on survival, investigation, politics, or straightforward heroics depending on where in the world they take place.
These oneshots are also intended to help create a group for a future long-term campaign set in the same world. Think of them as both standalone adventures and an opportunity for us to see whether we enjoy playing together before committing to something larger.
Players of all experience levels are welcome. The most important thing is being interested in roleplay, collaboration, and helping tell a good story.
