Hello! My name is Daemen (29m) and I'd like to open my ongoing campaign to new players. We've been running the campaign with a party of 3 for the last year and would like to expand to 5 or 6 Sessions run weekly at the Belmar shore on Fridays from 6:30 to 12ish. We use D&D 2014 for Sprillis Pura and run one-shots in other systems and settings occasionally. We use Discord to organize games. My players are patient and thoughtful so you're welcome aboard whether you're a complete newbie or you're an DnD expert! The level cap is currently level 10 (planning to play all the way to 20 long-term) but it's no trouble to accommodate a simpler low-level character for newbies. We have pregenerated characters available. You can expect: -A focus on overworld travel and time as a resource. Lots of time spent in carriages and boats and many, many varied new settlements visited across the campaign. Quests are scattered across a point map, players chart routes and pitstops. -A focus on vanilla "classic" DnD monsters such as kobolds, beholders, mind flayers, zombies, and the like. Plenty of dungeons with bosses at the end. Very little homebrew on the monsters. All rolls are made in the open, and there is no "DM vs Player" mentality lol -Cooperative storytelling philosophy influenced by fiction-first RPGs like Fate and Ironsworn. Players regularly have the opportunity to improvise story details or invent NPCs mid-session. -Medium mortality (we've had 3 deaths over 16 sessions). However, it will always be possible to resurrect a character at a cost; the player must decide they would like to play a different character for a PC to be permanently removed from gameplay.
