Group of 6 looking for a DM!

LGBTQ+ friendly

Adult
Hello, and well met all you lovely DMs out there! Please see below for information about our group and what we're looking for!
Timeslot: Tuesdays at 6:30PM EST, ~4 hour sessions
Who we are: We are a group who met through a previous campaign with another DM, but unfortunately that campaign fell through. We are an eclectic bunch, but our differences are our strengths as we all work well together and compliment each other's playstyles. The previous campaign was quite fun, so we decided to stick together.
What we are looking for: A long term campaign with equal opportunities for narrative storytelling, exploration, combat, and everything in between. Preferably a medieval setting (nothing modern/futuristic/scifi), but it can be either officially sourced or homebrew for the actual setting.
What we would like in a DM: An experienced DM that encourages and facilitates a good collaborative story. The ability and willingness to work with the players to incorporate our character's stories into the narrative of the campaign in some way. We are more than happy to work with you to make this as easy and seamless as it can be.
--Other Preferences--
Must Be Okay With: LGBTQ+ / POC / Men / Women
RP:Combat Ratio: I'd say 60:40 to 70:30 would be a healthy mix. We can discuss further with you to find a good spot for everyone.
Difficulty: We don't want any "on wheels" gameplay, and we're perfectly ok with combat where there are potentially high stakes and death being possible. However, that's not to say that we want every combat to be a life or death experience. If it makes sense for the fight to be hard narratively, that would be more interesting and enjoyable than every fight being a fight for our life.
Homebrew: We are willing to participate in a homebrew world with any house rules the DM chooses, and would leave the allowance of homebrew classes/subclasses up to the DM, but not opposed to using them.
System: 2024/2014 5e. We have a preference for 2024, but 2014 is okay (or a mix as some seem to do)
VTT Preference: Foundry or Roll20
Starting Level: Open to either Level 1 or Level 3
Stats: Point Buy or Standard Array preferred
What we do not want: Paid games, modern/futuristic/scifi settings, obvious railroading.
