About Me Hey! I’m a long-time D&D fan finally looking to jump into actually playing. I got into Dungeons & Dragons pre-COVID and have been hooked ever since through shows like *Gravity Falls*, *Stranger Things*, the D&D movie, and series like *Running Min-Maxed*. Now I’d really love to experience the game firsthand instead of just watching it. Experience Level I’m a complete beginner when it comes to playing, but I do understand the basics of how the game works (classes, dice, roleplay, etc.). I’m very open to learning and would really appreciate a group that’s beginner-friendly and willing to guide me through my first few sessions. Playstyle Preferences I enjoy a mix of roleplay and gameplay. I’m especially interested in character-driven stories, interactions, and immersive worlds, but I also think combat and strategy are really exciting. I’d love a balanced campaign where I can experience both storytelling and mechanics. Logistics Looking for: Online games Timezone: IST (India) Availability: Evenings on weekdays and flexible on weekends Platform: Comfortable with Discord/voice chat, and willing to learn tools like Roll20/Foundry What I Bring to the Table I’m reliable, respectful, and genuinely excited to play. I enjoy collaborative storytelling and want to contribute to making the game fun for everyone. I’m not a rules-lawyer and I’m happy to learn as we go. Character Ideas (Flexible!) I’d prefer to build a character that fits the campaign, but I like fun or slightly unconventional ideas—like a serious character in absurd situations or someone with a unique flaw that adds roleplay depth. Extra I’m open to different types of campaigns (homebrew or official) and just want a good group to learn, have fun, and grow with as a player.
