[Online] [DnD] [5E/5.5E 2014/2024] [Weakly : Sunday] [21+] [LGBTQ+ Friendly] An All New Campaign Based On You ! Hi, my name is Logan (34M) from Belgium. I've been a DM for over 10 years in different RPGs. I want to start an online campaign with friends all over the world. I love to breathe life into a world and my characters and I’m searching for players that want to do the same. The time of play will be 3 hours on Sunday in a window between 7PM and 12PM GMT+1 so between 10 AM to 5 PM CST for my friends across the Atlantic. We’ll establish the official time once we have our players. Here's a bit about my DMing style: * I see RPG like we're making a movie together. Great movies have victories and defeats, fun moments and sad ones. Sometimes you're the hero of the story. Sometimes, you're the sidekick of someone else's story. I seek players that are not shy to roleplay their characters and get that it's not just a game to win points: It's all about the story., * My balance is often 60% roleplay / 35% battle / 5% puzzles, * There is no lore, no pre-established narrative frame to start the campaign. I want to start and build it based on your characters, their backstories and what they do. i build my campaigns in sandbox arcs that feed from each other. I have ideas for the start and for long narratives to drive the story, but I want it to be weaved organically with your story. The universe is classic medieval fantasy D&D. * I believe there can be no real fun without real agency. that's why I believe giving a maximum of freedom to my players to act, react, initiate, take risks and also face consequences. Rules of fun always applies. I avoid railroading as much as possible ( some "dungeon narrative" sometimes give no other options but,yeah) In terms of player profiles, I search non-complicated/ non-toxic players (first player syndrome won’t be welcomed), LGBTQ+ friendly, and 21+. The reason for the age restriction is mostly because I don’t exclude mature themes in my campaign. Romance, intimacy and trauma aren't off the table, but consent and boundaries will be discussed beforehand. I just want to be able to create stories with bigger emotional stakes.
