About the Game
You arrive in Waterdeep, the city of splendors, broke, ambitious, and already in over your head. Then, a chance encounter lands you a crumbling tavern, a growing list of enemies, and a race to find the treasure rumored to be hidden somewhere in the city. Soon other parties become aware of this treasure as well and what started as a small treasure hunt quickly grows to a city wide conspiracy.
Waterdeep: Dragon Heist is a city-based mystery and heist campaign for D&D 5e, set entirely within the streets of Waterdeep. This is an urban adventure with political intrigue, gang warfare, colorful npcs and more than a few heists.
I am running the
Alexandrian Remix, a very highly regarded complete restructuring of the original module that significantly improves the investigation flow, deepens the mystery, and gives the players much more agency. It is about 70/30 Roleplaying/Combat
The tone of the campaign will be relatively grounded with room for humor. The sessions will be about 4-5 hours.

About Me
I'm Luis, a 23 year old DM based in Austria. I started playing dnd about 6 years ago but stopped for a while when covid hit. For the last few months I have been getting back into DnD by both DMing a few games as well as playing in them. I've run a few one-shots as well as Lost Mines of Phandelver and I am currently running Courts of the Shadow Fey with another group. I'm a fan of prep-heavy, story-driven games where the players feel like they're in a interesting, fun living world.
