Cyberpunk 2020
Description Players in the game are referred to as "Edgerunners". They are mercenaries, criminals, and specialists living in the metropolis of Night City. The games focus on completing jobs and surviving in a megacorporations and street gangs controlled society. As the global supply chain has collapsed, resources are scarce and players must often rely on black-market brokers, known as Fixers, to find their equipment, weapons, and armor. Cybernetic body modifications are a recurring topic in the game, with the emphasis on the risks of enhancing one's body and mind with. System Overview & Key Features
Core Dice Mechanic (Interlock System) The game uses a Interlock System. An action's success is determined with a a ten-sided die (d10) and adding the relevant Statistic and Skill rating. The total is compared against a Difficulty Value (DV).
Lifepath Generation When creating a character, the player can either roll or manually pick various options from the "Lifepath" tables. The choices made will define the character's cultural background, their family history, romantic relationships, and potential enemies. This is a built-in method of creating an immersive and entangled character backstory.
Roles and Special Abilities Characters are defined by their "Role," which is a the game's class system. Players have a choice between ten different roles: Solo (combat specialist), Netrunner (hacker), and Medtech (doctor). Every role has their unique Special Ability which gives them unique gameplay mechanics.
Combat and Armor Combat in Cyberpunk RED relies heavily on their body armor rather than high hit point totals. If an attack successfully penetrates a character's armor, the armor's defensive rating is permanently lowered by one point. This mechanic makes extended combat encounters dangerous and forces players to consider alternative approaches.
Netrunning The game's hacking rules require Netrunners to be physically close to the computer systems they want to breach. In the setting, the global internet was destroyed, meaning remote hacking is no longer possible.
Cyberware and Humanity Players can install cybernetic implants into their characters to gain new abilities or improve their stats. Every implant reduces a character's Humanity, which subsequently lowers their Empathy . If a character's Humanity reaches zero, they develop a condition called Cyberpsychosis. This generally results in the player permanently losing control of their character and no longer being able to play them.

Hey there, everyone. So my normal session got canceled this upcoming week, but I am itching for too much for some cyberpunk to not roll some dice. So here is the Gig, you are in the middle of a bank heist in the Glen, that is most certainly turning out to be more than it seems. What do you fight for, and will you get to the end, or will this be where your story ends? You’ll make a Calculated option for a character on the Cyberpunk Red companion, starting with 5k total eddies to spend and 1,000 IP to spend after creation as well (Or you can ask me to build the idea for you if new, and I can guide you through the steps). Additionally, this will be run on Foundry, which is my first time in the DM seat on Foundry compared to Roll20, so there may be occasional hiccups in that regard, but it’ll be a good test on my end. Lastly, we will incorporate some house rules into the game and give a quick rundown at the start of how they will be used (Examples: Akimbo replacing Autofire as a 2x skill, Netrunner revised, and Armor rules). You don’t have to memorize them since it’s just a one-shot, and I can handle the necessary adjustments. Intro Scene: Rain falls between corporate skyscrapers as AVs drift overhead, a giant holo-ad on a nearby tower flickers: “Your Future, Your Security. Your Trust”. As traffic crawls through the streets below, no one seems to notice the armored van pulling into the bank’s underground parking structure, no one hears the encrypted call that just ended, and no one knows that today… Today is going to be a really special day. Hello. I have been playing D&D 5e for 2 years, looking for a weekly game whether in 5e or 5.5e. Preferably evenings in the weekends, as I am available after 6 PM EST. Definitely can commit to a consistent weekly game night provided that if 1) IRL does not throw a wrench my way or 2) game is canceled.  I enjoy a game where it is combat focused, in no way I am against roleplaying, could mix it up between the two. I am okay with character death, and games whether its homebrew, or official or games converted from different modules. My favorite class to play is the fighter and my go to favorite is the cavalier, a classic knight on horse subclass that defends his party and lives by his own code.

I'm MannyWatcha i'm looking for a game where I can have fun be myself be casual with a bunch of adults and play some dnd. I'm a returning player for 5e i haven't played dnd in a while but have been watching alot of dnd and ttrpg's lately and been wanting to get back into playing dnd again. I am mostly looking for a space type campaign. Migh thave to relearn some rules but i have some gist and past experience how to play the game. I really wanna play dnd again so if anyone has a open table for me i am accepting. Perferably would like to be at a table with 21+ players. Hopping to join in a space themed campaign i already have ideas for what character i wanna use. I'm an adult, with access to a few books online on roll or can gain acccess other places. I really wanna play dnd based off of Neon Odyssey or The world of IOS if you know what those are, exploring some maybe campaings based in space. But i am not limited to that i would be down for some classsic fantasy. Exploring and maybe some one offs. I'm very comfortable with playing with anyone but be sure to tell me about yourself the table rules and give me your red flags.

Free
A local-first battlemap display tool for game masters. Cast a map with fog of war to a second "player" screen while you control everything from a private GM panel. Lodestar runs entirely in the browser with no build step and no dependencies. It runs entirely in your browser. No install, no account, nothing to download if you don't want to. You open it, load a map, click "Open player display," and drag that window over to your second screen. You control everything from your own DM panel, and your players only see what you choose to reveal. /images/general-media/1780915788_spLeMCfy.pngLodestar is completely free and open source, so you can use it, fork it, or tear it apart however you like. Maps — load high-resolution map images from local disk; pan and zoom freely. Player display — open a second window, drag it to another screen, and cast the map to your players. The player window can go fullscreen. Fog of war - Trace polygon areas and click them in reveal mode to show/hide on the player display. - Name polygon areas with a GM-only label. - Paint or erase fog with a round or square brush of adjustable size. - GM sees fog as an adjustable tint/opacity; players see solid black. Multi-floor — build multi-level locations; each floor has its own map, fog, tokens, and stairs. Navigate with the on-screen floor widget. Stairs — place GM-only staircase markers that link floors; they scale with the grid and zoom and are invisible to players. Tokens — drop, drag, label, color, and size them in grid cells; they snap to the grid and appear on both displays. Grid — toggle and adjust size, offset, color, opacity, and token snapping. Ping — Alt+click draws an animated marker on both displays. Measure — reports distance in grid cells and feet. Splash / blackout — show a splash image or a plain black screen on the player display instead of the map. Library — save full setups (image, grid, fog, tokens, floors, views) to a local IndexedDB library; export/import the whole library as JSON for backups or moving machines. When you save a map, it's stored locally in your own browser, not on a server somewhere. Nothing gets uploaded, so your maps stay on your machine. The catch is that the saved library is tied to the browser and device you saved it on, so it won't follow you to another computer or survive clearing your browser data. If you make maps you want to keep, use the Export button to save your whole library to a file. That file is your real backup, and you can import it on any device.
